   Incredible that they have so much protein and so little carbs. For someone who’s dieting and has always struggled with dieting, these honestly taste amazing. Just like any other chocolate milk. Make sure to shake well before drinking. I have been putting these in my everyday iced lattes (3 shots espresso + one of these). It’s a perfect breakfast on a diet. I normally do just a latte for breakfast anyways because during the work week I’m not a huge breakfast person, but it’s amazing how I can drink one of these with my espresso and it tastes like a decadent mocha latte but it’s actually super healthy and keeps me full until lunch, while also helping me get the appropriate macros during my day. Expensive, but seriously worth it if you can afford it.

   The taste is surprisingly good for a protein shake; it’s rich and creamy without being overly sweet. I’ve tried both the vanilla and chocolate flavors, and both are delicious. They blend well and don’t have that gritty or artificial aftertaste that some other protein shakes do.
   
   One downside is that they can be a bit pricey, but the quality and protein content justify the cost for me. They’re convenient to grab on the go and are great for a quick meal replacement or a nutritious snack.

   I’m a picky eater and I can’t drink any protein shake, protein powder or protein bar because I hate the protein flavor, but this shake changed my life. Also with this amount of protein I don’t have to eat any other protein snack in my day. Love it! This chocolate flavor really tastes similar to chocolate milk , but of course without sugar.
